I think it would be better on the parent's part to give clear and true information,repeat-only information,to children at different level of their age regarding body and it's working plus,other issues likes AIDS etc. can also be discussed at later stage too. Anyway, these topics now a days do surface on TV and in news and kids will be eager to know about it, so it is better that they know it from parents than other medium.
