સવારે ૭.૫૫:
અત્યારે એકાએક હું નાસિક આવ્યો છું. મારા પિતા સિરિયસ છે અને એક મેજર ઓપરેશન ૧ કલાકમાં શરૂ થશે. બાકી વાત પછી.
સવારે ૧૧.૩૫:
ઓપરેશન પૂરું થઈ ગયું છે.
પપ્પાને કેન્સર છે. બે વરસ પહેલાં ખબર પડી ત્યારે ડૉક્ટર મનુભાઈ કોઠારીને મળ્યા હતા. ડૉ. કોઠારી આજના જમાનાના ઋષિ છે. અત્યારે જે રીતની પરિસ્થિતિ હતી તે સંજોગોમાં સર્જરીનો ઓપ્શન બરાબર હતો.
ડૉ. મનુ કોઠારી વિશે અને એમના કૅન્સર રિસર્ચ વિશે ગુજરાતીઓએ જાણવું જોઇએ. પછી લખીશ.
